Quick Question: Will QIIME v 1.9.0/1.9.1 work ONLY with R version 3.1.2, or with version 3.1.2. or newer?

We'd like to update R, but don't want to break QIIME.

Hi Daniel,

We can only assure that QIIME 1.9.0/1.9.1 works as expected with R v. 3.1.2, however would love to hear if it works with newer versions. If all QIIME tests pass (including usage tests) with a newer version then you're probably safe to use it.
