TKApplication, TKMenu is implemented in both

I am not sure if those errors somehow interfere with my results or not. When running some go the qiime scripts like  pick_de_novo_otus.py I get following errors:

objc[51457]: Class TKApplication is implemented in both /System/Library/Frameworks/Tk.framework/Versions/8.5/Tk and /Users/kokatjuhha/miniconda2/envs/qiime1/lib/libtk8.5.dylib. One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

Hi Tonja,

Looks like your matplotlib installation is confused about which version of TK to use.   That should not be a problem in pick_de_novo_otus.py

Does this actually halt the program?
