Return code 1, QIIME Basespace

Hi I´ve run the preprocessed data from the BaseSpace App in the QIIME Visualizations App and keep getting the following:

Status Aborted

return code 1

I read this had happened to someone in the past and he/she found out it had something to do with the metadata files though they don´t specify how they did the correction.
