Hi i am new to qiime2 i just install qiime2 in ubuntu and its working. I have tried tutorials and it was also fine.
But my question is i am having one fastq file (paired end) from the sequencer can one one help in analysis it. i want to classify my seq so that i can upload in picrust.

Hi jai ram Ok. Would you help me to analyze the my sample in qiime 1. I am having one paired end fastq file how to import into qiime 1 and get OTUs and taxanomy analysis with greengene so that i can upload in Picrust. Thank you

Hello,
Since it sounds like you're just getting started with QIIME, I highly recommend learning QIIME 2 instead of QIIME 1 at this point. We are dropping official support for QIIME 1 on January 1, 2018 (1 month away!). Check out the QIIME 2 website to get started!
