convert fna file to fasta file

Hi!

Do someone know how to convert fna file to fast file in Qiime???

Good morning,

These are the same type of file (they just have a different file extension at the end). You can use them interchangeably.

This is a good question because fasta and fna files are are the same, but they are different then fastq files. (Fastq files also have quality score information.)
