cbdtools installation failure

Hi All,

I was trying to install qiime 1.8 on ubuntu 13.10. I followed everything on https://github.com/qiime/qiime-deploy, but still

FAIL: test_cdbtools_supported_version (__main__.QIIMEDependencyFull)
cdbtools is in path and version is supported

AssertionError: cdbtools not found. This may or may not be a problem depending on which components of QIIME you plan to use.

I tried to download the files via the link in the configure file, still no luck,

I think there is a problem with the download link.
I will run denoise and chimera check, I don't know whether I will be needing this in the future.

The link is working for me now, maybe try again?

Cdbtools is not part of the core QIIME workflows, so you will probably not need it unless you are comparing methods.
