I was trying to run sourcetracker, and I got the message below:
Error in `rownames<-`(`*tmp*`, value = "Unknown") :
length of 'dimnames' [1] not equal to array extent
After looking at the input files, the problem was that I was inputing a mapping file that didn't match the OTU table, hopefully this will be helpful to others!
