X and Y axis in biom table and metadata for creating bar-plots using ggplot

I have successfully created the phyloseq object by merging the mapping file,tree file and the biom file,but I have problem creating bar-plots.

What command should I use and how to specify the x-and y axis?

Should I create a new csv file for this?
