Loop merge_otu_maps.py?

Hello there,

I want to merge all otu maps in sub-folders within two folders (as in below).

How do I loop merge_otu_maps.py for that?

pick_otus_a
   1
      seqs_otus.txt
   2
      seqs_otus.txt
   3
      seqs_otus.txt

pick_otus_b
   1
      seqs_otus.txt
   2
      seqs_otus.txt
   3
      seqs_otus.txt
