The file, I'm looking for is "study_721_split_library_seqs_and_mapping.tgz"

Hi,
The functionality to download all the sequencing and mapping info for a study in one archived file doesn't currently exist; feel free to add it as an issue (feature request) through the Qiita issue tracker at https://github.com/biocore/qiita/issues .

However, you CAN get all the info you need, just not with one single download.  Below are directions on how to do it; the answer is courtesy of Gail Ackermann, Qiita user extraordinaire :)

When looking at the page for the study you're interested in (e.g., https://qiita.ucsd.edu/study/description/721 ), click on "16S" under "Data Types" in the left-hand menu.
This will expand a menu with a link in it (for this study, "PREP 626 NAME - ID 626 - public FASTQ - ID 2633 dflt_name - Demultiplexed".  Click that link.
Near the top of the resulting page you will see a line starting with "Prep Information".  Click on the button "QIIME map" at the end of that line to get the mapping file.
The same page also shows a diagram labelled "files network"; in that box, click on the box labeled "<whatever> - Demultiplexed" (here, dflt_name - Demultiplexed).
Immediately under the files network diagram will appear a list of the available sequencing files you can download.

Best,
Amanda
