Downloading 64-bit QIIME Virtual Box

Hi,

I am a new Qiime user and I'm having issues downloading the 64-bit
QIIME Virtual Box. Each time I click the link (from multiple Macs,
including one that is successfully running QIIME 1.4.0) I get the
message "550 Failed to change directory." Any tips for how to get
around this will be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

The Qiime Virtual Machine 1.5.0 is being built, it's release date is
schedule for sometime this week, thus the error on that link. More
info: http://qiime.wordpress.com/

This version is based on the newest long term support image from
Ubuntu so it had to be build from scratch. We are currently on the
last steps of testing so it should be out _really_ soon.

Hey everyone, 

Could you please help me with an issue of downloading the QIIME virtual box? As it is said in the tutorials, I am downloading the Qiime VB from QIIME Resourse Page, but when I am running this link: ftp://ftp.microbio.me/pub/qiime-release-VMs/QIIME-1.8.0-amd64.vdi.gz my browser says that it can't open the page. I tried to download not only the latest, but also one version older, and in addition on different web browsers, but apparently without success.. 

Maybe someone could help with this?

There was a motherboard failure and the system is down. We are waiting
for a replacement, which should be in place between today and
tomorrow.

Was theqiime 1.9.0 64 bit virtual box link been updated?  I have been trying to download the virtual image here ftp://ftp.microbio.me/pub/qiime-release-VMs/QIIME-1.9.0-amd64.vdi.gz, but the download has been interrupted usually about  the third of the way through the download.

We've been observing unusual transfer rates from that system and are currently diagnosing the issue, which I suspect is causing the interruptions.
