Medical Qigong Leves 1 & 2, MA Center Retreat all coming up soon

Greetings,

I'd like to remind everyone that our level 1 medical qigong course begins this Sunday at Five Branches University in San Jose. If you are interested in being a part of this journey, please contact Mimi Latno <sjext...@fivebranches.edu> for registration. You do not need to be registered in a degree program to take these courses.

The dates and times for level 1 are Sundays, 9 am - 6pm, on January 16, 30, February 13, and 27. CEUs are available.

Level 2 is also coming up after the completion of level 1, also on Sundays from 9 am- 6 pm, on March 13, 27, April 10, and 17. Both courses include ample time for qigong practice, as well as in depth explorations of Daoist cosmology, spiritual practice and dharma, and the medical applications of various practices. Level 2 also includes an introduction to medical qigong treatment.

Finally, I will lead a qigong retreat at MA Center in Castro Valley, on Sunday February 6th, from 9 am - 3 pm. This will include both sitting and movement practices, as well as a Sound Immersion lead by Anaghan.
