Regarding the problem on Jira,

The OPS4J community contacted me yesterday, and there is currently a big problem that "not everyone can sign up".... They are trying to talk to Atlassian about this, but no idea of how long it will take.

At the moment, one need a gmail.com or googlemail.com email address.
