Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share with you an exciting opportunity for a postdoc position with our Office of Postdoctoral Affairs at UNC-CH. We were recently awarded a NIH grant, UNC Advancing Research Careers (ARC) Hub, focused on providing cohort-based and individualized mentoring, professional and career development to assigned F99/K00 scholars, preparing them as they advance into being the next generation of leaders in biomedical science.

This is an opportunity for a postdoctoral scholar to join the UNC-ARC Administrative Team. They will focus on higher education administration—a career path that appeals to a specific group of PhD graduates. While these graduates excel in their scientific disciplines, they often lack experience in program administration and evaluation. Our postdoctoral position aims to bridge this gap by providing targeted skill development and exposure to education research methodologies. This is a hybrid position and would like to extend to our UNC network.

Cordially,

Essie
