Vị trí cần tuyển:
Class Instructors for Kumon center:
Job description:           Providing Instruction to Kumon students with Kumon method of learning
                                          Managing a group of Room Instructors
Basic requirement:      Good command of English (speaking and writing)
                                           Of education backgroud is preferred; education-oriented
                                           Experience is not a must but can be an advantage
                                           Age from 22-28
                                   Assigned class instructor after 3 month probation & training (depending on performance in 3 months)
Chance:                      Becoming Center Chief Instructor / Center Manager in the future based on personal performance
                                      Regular internal training and chance for overseas training
        Starting date:            beginning of June 2011
Term of training:      3-6 months is the critera (may take more depending on candidates)
        Working time:           Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri : 1pm - 8.30pm
                              Wed: 9am - 6pm
                             Sat: 8am -12pm (noon) ( will be cut off in the future)

Các bạn khi vào vị trí Class Instructor này sẽ quản lý từ 5-6 Room Instructor ở dưới. Công việc nói chung là nhẹ nhàng, không căng thẳng, thoải mái, vì không phải đứng dạy trực tiếp, chỉ đưa bài cho học sinh tự làm, và hướng dẫn các em khi các em có nhu cầu. Lưu ý: học sinh ở đây ngoài người VN cũng có người nước ngoài như Hàn Quốc, Nhật Bản, Anh, Mỹ nên cần các bạn biết tiếng anh để có thể giao tiếp được với các bé ấy.
