Olá. Um amigo foi instalar o SCP e aparece essa mensagem em anexo.

Sabem como instalar essa "biblioteca" no Windows?

Como resolver esse B.O.?

Desinstalei a versão 8.0.3 e instalei a 7.x.x ( Semi-Automatic Classification Plugin 7.10.11 — QGIS Python Plugins Repository) manualmente e o problema foi resolvido.
