A question about fire layer or landuse type file

When I use the qgis2fds plugin, I use a custom landuse type file. Although it also contains &SURF ID='Ignition' VEG_LSET_IGNITE_TIME=0. COLOR='RED' / &SURF ID='Burned' RGB=20,20,20 / , the fire layer in my qgis project does not generate corresponding OBST code lines in the fds file converted by qgis2fds. I would like to know the cause of this problem. Thank you
