simulating a flat surface with no wind

Good day,

This is Shahab from the University of Coimbra in Portugal.

I was trying to simulate the surface fire model on a flat surface with no wind (a very simple case). In order to do that I replaced the DEM of the area with a constant value raster which I made myself, in order to have a flat terrain.

But the problem is, when I export the case file using qgis2fds and run it in FDS, the propagation does not occur. Can you please help me to understand the problem?

but it's very strange because when I run the case nothing happens.

I asked you what versions of FDS and qgis2fds are you using. Update to the latest versions and try again.
