Meeting minutes on the website...

Gents,

I know a few of us talked about getting the meeting minutes available on the
website, but for whatever reason, the board decided against it...

Frankly, I wonder why the board has anything to do with the decision... It's
public information and with the hits on the website the last few months, I'd
expect that they would like to know what's going on with their department...
But, then again, I'm just a probie as one officer has said... Maybe we
should make the website the un-official website that way we can do what we
want and get rid of the BS red tape...

Jeff,

Yes, the board did discuss the idea of putting agendas and minutes
on the website. The decision was not to do so. The feeling
was that the need does not exist, and that copies are readily
available for those who wish them.

I know you had other desires, but that was what the board decided
after discussion. Jason, Gerry, and Arno were present for the
discussion.
