How do we get the word out about this forum and make it easier for
parents, swimmers and alumni to contribute ideas?
How about starting by recognizing swimmers achievements just like the
newspaper does it for high school swimmers? But do it for the age
group swimmers as well. It would take some work but it would be fun
to show improvement from meet to meet. An emphasis on only the
positive aspect of each swimmers improvement would go a long way in
helping build confidence and loyality in the team.
Interviews with swimmers, coaches and parents on the positive aspects
of the team might also help.

All great ideas! I am hoping that over time, folks will discover
this forum, and it will evolve into a venue for swimmers and their
families to communicate and learn about the team.
