Attached here the Summary Draft of the Tourism Master Plan that Sir Allen developed. He asked me to send this to you and hopefully you could share your inputs.

I apologize for the delay in communications, consultancy honoraria and the development of this project. As much as I want to speed things up and have a more integrated, strategized and comprehensive approach on the Tourism Plan, my position limits me to following directions of my immediate boss.
