I agree with Kags QCS has indeed come a long way and it does make him
look good; but I think it makes all of us look good as well. I mean
this in terms of artists who are willing to let their work be viewed
for no cost at all and to reap what some people can only dream of... a
huge readership. Personally I've decided that having Sen. Clinton read
our work is only a small stepping stone. QCS is going to go far, our
work is going to go far... just reach inside and let's put EA on the
poetry map! There is a lot in store for QCS this year, we'll let you
in once things are solidified. Meanwhile, if you have any ideas
whatsoever please don't hesitate to share...

Thanks.

PS: Interesting Quote: A poem is never finished, only abandoned.

It is March 11 - 2007 so far from Feb there is no indication of any
developments that have occured on this site. the phrase *There is a

lot in store for QCS this year, we'll let you
in once things are solidified* When are we "let into" the loop
sort of speak to know when things are solidified? That's the problem
when you have psuedo spokespersons, It is their opinion not the
overall...

Alli,

The management team of the Quarterly Colour Series is we, the founders, Vee and myself. This here forum wil discuss ideas of things that we can do to make the initiative continue because it seems to have value for all of us - both poets and publisher. Are there places you feel we should go and read our poetry, do we have contacts, do you feel there are ideas that we should build.

We are in the process of putting together a long term schedule of events and things for the series and perhaps future paralel series, which we shall share on this forum for us to add value to them.

All in due course, my friend. Be easy.

All,

You will be happy to know that we have struck the 90,000 mark thanks to members of the Poetry Society (London and India) as well as the other feedback, we have received from various quarters regarding where we are.

So far, we have receieved several submissions for Green Piece and it promises to be a success. Be joyful.

I totally understand your impatience but I would ask you to be a bit
easy as these things take time. The reason why membership invitations
were sent before everything was finalized is so that you (and everyone
else) can help contribute, discuss and make QCS a bigger and more
solid thing. As Kags said we have ideas but we would also love to hear
from you. You can post your latest poems and ask for some insights on
how to improve and such things. It's all up to you, and us to create a
world a shared poetry. It sounds ideal I know but that's where great
ideas stem from.
