I am able to run the grain boundary example in Windows XP with the g95 compiler. I get an error during execution that says 1) "cp" is an unknown command 2) "rm" is an unknown command. It looks like there are unix shell commands being used during the execution somewhere that windows does not recognize. Please let me know where in the code to go and fix this. Also, I think because the file copy fails, all my .plt files are blank for all iterations. Has anyone had this problem and on a related topic has anyone successfully run this code thru cygwin?

Thanks,
-AC

Hi.

All the system commands are executed by a subroutine called "qcsystem" so you can search for where it is called.  I think it is only called in two files:  qcmain.f and mod_macros.f
