On the first two questions you asked:

 

OUT reflects the thresholds you defined in your analysis (consistency, possibly also frequency, PRI). Any row that meets the thresholds is coded 1 on OUT. But this doesn't mean that the cases that show membership above 0.50 in that row also show the outcome. It may well be that some cases don't show the outcome and the row is still used for the minimization (which will lead to deviant cases). It may also be that some cases that show the outcome are assigned to rows that are coded 0. This would lead to unaccounted cases in your analysis.

OUT in truthtable rows

I have attached the raw data and R codes that I have used.   My questions are: 1. why does the truthtable row 44 show KOR OUT is 1 while the data show KOR is out of the set? 2. why does truthtable row 18 show USA OUT is 0 while the data show USA is in the set? 3. More importantly, is there anything alarming that I should be aware of? 4. Could you please also suggest the way to resolve this? (I know how to manually change the OUT from 0 to 1 or vice versa in R. Is there any other way to achieve it? )   Thank you in advance Kind regards   Sarah
