As far as I know, there are no such thing as rep certis. At least, we never got one. Certis are only awarded to the best rep and those whose contribution is considered significant. However, even these awards have been scrapped this year.
If you want, I could give informal affadavits certifying your repship, although I hardly think you would ever need them.
