hi everyone!

we live in an awesome 5 person apartment in brooklyn, & we have two rooms opening up September 1st! Clinton Hill is a chill residential neighboorhood with lots of good restaurants, & easy access to manhattan & the rest of brooklyn. our apartment is a 3 story building on the corner with lots of light. we are a queer / trans friendly / nerdy house looking for cool people to move in.

8.25 x 11.5 feet plus a 22 x 41 inch closet. one large window, facing east.

both are the smallest, cheapest rooms in the apt.

we have an awesome large kitchen like you wouldn't believe! 3 wall counters, tile floor, good storage.

bathrooms

you would be sharing a bathroom with Naia & the other tenant. 

living room

cute nook with good lighting, good for hanging out / working. 

who we are:

I (Quinn) am a dfab genderqueer artists / writer / zine-maker / who works with kids. 

Naia is a dfab agender designer / painter / who works in publishing. 

Roy is a cis straight dude who is a writer / videogame journalist / sometimes barista. 

we are all nerdy larpers / roleplayers. we drink in the house but don't do drugs. I'm the only cig smoker, & I don't smoke inside. we occasionally like to have shindigs / dinner parties, but of course would only host those with your comfort. we like to keep our futon open for friends to come visit, which only happens when everyone has agreed. we're fairly clean but not obsessive about it. we're a 5 person apartment, but when everyone is respectful & conscientious, it doesn't feel crowded. all three of us work out of the apt for most of the week, which means if you work at home there's going to be a lot of privacy / quiet hours.
