JD: • 5+ years of experience analyzing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Hands on experience with large complex deployments, configurations and expansions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Experience with Dynamics CRM Upgrades and data migration • Ability to participate in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing • Ability to design and implement an efficient and technically sound Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture • Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Amazon, and Google Cloud • Preference for delivering solutions in a lean way using rapid prototyping and testing our r iskiest assumptions first • Naturally curious and driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of our consumers • Champions of the engineering best practices we value such as automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, security-first, being cloud-native, applying DevOps principles, and sharing in the responsibility for all things our team builds • Supportive of clients core values: Humble professionalism, franchisee focus, and having a "make it happen" attitude • Care about emotional intelligence and we’re deeply empathetic • Care about how we communicate in all channels
