QC missing in year repport after migration

Hello,

Since migrating from one server to another, I’ve encountered an issue.
When I try to generate a report type : Test List Instance Details for TEP 3 :: CQ Quotidien TEP for this year, I don’t see all the QC entries on the new server. On the old server, everything appeared correctly.

I’ve checked the QC list, and all entries are present, so the data seems to be there.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem?

Hi,

did you check the QATrack+ Logfiles? There are two log files specifically for reports: report-stderr.txt and report-stdout.txt. You might have to increase the loglevel in the config files to see the underlying error.
