I'm putting on my clinical hat for this question. My clinic currently tracks results for patient specific QA within excel sheets for aggregation and historical analysis. It's come up a couple times that it would be nice to move the records from excel into something more multi-user friendly. I've heard through word of mouth that some clinics have used QATrack+ for this purpose, would anyone be willing to share how they configured it for their site?

Thank you

We imported all of our historic IMRT QA data into QATrack+. We have an Ad Hoc test list that isn't visible to standard users (i.e. non-admins) so people don't manually enter any data into the database; we use the API to upload the data.

Basically, after delivering IMRT QA (to an ArcCHECK), the physicist/resident saves the PDF report from SNC Patient into the patient's folder on our shared drive. Then, we have a script running in the background that goes through each folder looking for PDF reports from SNC Patient. From each PDF, the script extracts the passing result, DTA value, dose difference value, threshold value, etc. and throws those into our database of IMRT QA results via API. Then our script automatically uploads PDFs with passing results into MOSAIQ.

Here is what our test list looks like:

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

P.S. sorry for the double email, Cody; I didn't realize I replied to you directly instead of the Google Group.
