Configuring CherryPy to Serve QATrack+

I have a problem in this stage while configuring the CherryPy, should I install it through python pip or should install Cherrypy library inside QATrack folder? please help

Looks like the packages weren't installed correctly when you did 'pip install -r requirements/win.txt'  If you are getting errors about SSL when trying that command you could try:

pip install --trusted-host pypi.org --trusted-host pypi.python.org --trusted-host files.pythonhosted.org pip setuptools

pip install -r requirements/win.txt
