Details:
- Extensive Adobe Captivate Experience Skill set: Develop Web Based Learning Courses for a Public Sector audience using Adobe Captivate.
- The developer must have extensive artistic abilities using Captivate as a tool to create 1 hour courses which will encompass the use of a new software program that has the look and feel of a web site and the functionality of this website must be explained through a web based learning course.
- We desire a person who can bring artistic panache but can also accommodate themselves to a set of parameters that will be placed on them such as deadlines that need to be met and must be willing to change their document to accommodate reviews from different stakeholders.
- A person with a certain proclivity to quickly learning new ideas and concepts is desired. The technology we are trying to communicate is fairly simple and we will provide a pretty specific set of objectives that need to be met.
- If the individual has experience in a type of software called Enterprise Resource Planning and Specifically SAP that would be beneficial but not required.

· Customer does all their own project implementations with no prime engagements given to SAP or an SI as a matter of practice.
· An SAP TPM functional expert that can be involved from day one in the blueprinting phase with their business users and IT project team. They don’t want a configurator but an functional expert that can communicate SAP TPM standard functionality and best practice to align with their business processes.
· This candidate would be involved in the reengineering of their current processes to fit SAP standard.
