Position: PEGA Lead business Architect
Location: Trenton, NJ 08625
Duration: 12+ Months
Position Description
The Lead Business Architect will work with multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert the business requirements, business process flow, use cases and the supporting integration documentation into a fully functional application that meets the user’s needs. The Business Architect will be responsible for mentoring and empowering the business SMEs. Meets with end users and technical staff of all types to gather and document business and system requirements. Proposes comprehensive solutions based on business and technical requirements. Develops and / or engineers user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC. Develops standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components. Assists in project planning, including developing of timelines, composition of technical teams and leveling of resources. Mentors business and technical team members on processes and standards to promote consistency and improve productivity. Assists in the development and review of technical deliverables on projects.
Skills Required
· PEGA Smart BPM
· PEGA PMF
· PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (Certification is a plus)
· PEGA PRPC -Use Case Development
· Converting business into process flow
· PEGA certified Senior Business Architect
Experience Required
· 7 years related experience.
Education Required
· 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
· PEGA certified Business Architect - PEGA certified Senior Business Architect
