Job Description
• Successfully works with medium size team, lead efforts to create
documentation including: functional specs, business requirements, traceability
matrix, test cases, risks/contingency plans, project schedules, and
implementation plans
• Formulate and define solution scope and objective based on business needs and
a good understanding of existing applications
• Act as a liaison between business and IT and translate business needs into
technical specs
• Collaborate with project managers and project sponsors to define project
scope and vision and identify constraints, dependencies, assumptions, risks and
issues.
• Assist in training business users before deployment of new application; use
such approaches as train-the-trainer.
• Lead project to implement new and enhance existing functionalities
articulating requirements and translating them into effective solutions
• Report statuses to project manager and senior management, in clear concise
reports or presentations both verbally and in written format
Required Skills/Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
• 9+ years of related experience in SAP or other ERP Landscape.
• Business process knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning or Integrated
Business Planning
• Proven project management experience and skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment
• Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• MBA/MS degree
• UI/Visualization development experience is a plus
• Executive Dashboard development experience is a plus
• ETL experience is a Plus
• Simulation Analysis, predictive and forecasting experience
• Semiconductor industry experience
• Experience implementing Supply Chain Collaboration with business partners
