If the equipment is in the rec centre, can someone turn up a bit early to collect? Volunteers?

I have football first so will be there at seven.

That would be great - you just need to go into the recreation centre (the white building across from the academy), go down the stairs and ask the reception to ask security to allow you in to get the nets and the sticks.

If the reception on the ground floor is manned, you might want to ask there in case no one is downstairs.

They can be a little slow so...good luck.
