I'm not able to download firebug for upgraded version of Firefox.

Can anyone suggest how to get firebug

Hi

Firebug and firepath have stopped development for further versions of Firefox as in new versions of Firefox we have dev Console. It has got nothing to do with security. If you still want to use firepath and firebug install FF v50 or so to install both of them.

firebug now not availble for latest versions, insted of it, by default we have inspect element or F12.

Hi Everyone,

Solution to Firepath and Firebug when they changed to disable state frequently. please follow the below steps to resolve.

Steps to follow. 

1. Go to Firefox below 55 and install Firepath and Firebug. or if already install follow from step 2

2. Open new Tab in Firefox browser.

3. Type "about.config" and click enter.

4. Yo will navigate to the config window. Now search with keyword "Remote".

5. Click on the highlighted one as shown below.

6. Change the status from "True" to "False".

7. Finally, Close the Firefox browser and reopen.

I am currently using Firefox 55 version. 

If you are using chrome, you go with ChroPath. (Now ChroPath is available for both FF and Chrome)

         It's a new software for testing and getting the locators and it is a open source software.
