Change icon dialog box size and Close All Windows

If possible, enlarge the "Change Icon dialog box," and make it resizable and make it remember its last window position and size. Thank you!

The "Change icon" dialog box is automatically built as large as possible based on your screen size. The tools I use does not allow to add a scroll bar on dialog box with list including multiple images as this one. Sorry for that.

 

I'd like "Close All Windows" to allow closing of named processes instead of "opened" windows. This would allow me to close certain processes before starting a game (to free up memory on my feeble computer!).
