Simple question about snippet

I am trying to make my 1st snippet.  It just submits a password to a program and then should hit Enter.  It sends the password but I can't get it to send the Enter key.  What am I missing?  Thank you.

Hi Jerry,

A regular "text" snippet is "pasted" to the current window. If you send it to a text editor, you would see your password with an end-of-line. But this does not send a "Enter" key to the target app.

To send "keystrokes" to the current window, change your snippet type to "Macro" (in the "Advanced settings" tab) and enter:

password{Enter}
