Hi Jerry,
A temp folder is created by QAP when it is launched and is deleted when the app is closed. It contains files (images, language files, etc.) required during QAP execution.
These folders were left there when QAP was not closed normally. You can delete all these folders except the most recent that is probably for the running instance of QAP.
FYI, for new installation, the default location for these temp folders is now the Windows temp folder "%TEMP%". This location can be configured in "Options", "General" tab.
