No, this is not possible. In the past, QAP (or its ancestor Folders Popup) was using icons from Windows DLL files but this required verification and adjustments at each new Windows version because some icons were moving position inside these files.
This is not an easy task but you could edit the JLicons.DLL file (in C:\ProgramData\JeanLalonde) and replace the folder icon in this file. You would use tools like ResHacker and Quick_Any2Ico.
