Strange start up message

I am a very happy user. However there is one strange message (that simply can be closed) on every boot up of my laptop.
See screen dump. What can it mean?

Hi Ed,

I'm happy too :-)

It seems that you are launching QAPmessenger.exe. This executable should not be launched by itself. It is called by QAP when you use a QAP comment in context menu (for example). If you downloaded the zip file (portable intallation), launch QuickAccessPopup-32-bit.exe or QuickAccessPopup-64-bit.exe depending on your system.
