In the actual Windows 10 you allready have a clipboard manager.
Its invoked by the Win+V hotkey.

I did not know. It is new in Win 10 v1809 (October 2018). I still have v1803 May 2018 version.

I'm currently using Ditto (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ditto-cp/), free and full of features.

I used Ditto for a while and have tried others. The one I use and really like and get a lot out of is CopyQ at https://hluk.github.io/CopyQ/  . It is free as well.

I use the clipbord functions of Quick Cliq which provides 10 clipboards
Quick Cliq
You can add or append to any of this entries with hotkeys and paste from any of this 10 boards.
Its programmed in Autohotkey and free, Source also available.
I think such a clipboard function would be a good QAP enhancement.
