I have down loaded the portable version of 9.4.1.2 a couple of times but my copy does not update to ...2. I note that the JLicons.dll file in the new download is dated 2018-12-20 so not likely the new one noted in your update memo.

Please read the new UPDATE_INSTRUCTIONS.txt in the ZIP file. This file was added for those having issue updating QAP in portable mode and reporting loosing their config.

Take care to do step #2 in this file. It says that you must quit QAP before updating your QAP folder.

The latest JLicons.dll (v1.5) is dated 2018-12-20. I kept the reminder for those who skipped some versions.
