is there a current known issue as relates to not being able to install QAFBDD Editor. I keep getting this error message

Are you inside vpn? Did you tried offline installation? You can download and try offline install. Offline install works if itext plugins and other supporting dependencies installed or discoverable.

How do I add it offline.

I try to add the feature and plugin JARs directly to the "Dropins" folder of the Eclipse file and restarted eclipse . It did not work
