Unable to create driver instance in 1st attempt with retry timeout of 0 seconds. You can check/set value of 'driver.init.retry.timeout' appropriately to set retry timeout on driver initialization failure.Unable to Create Driver Instance for chrome: Driver file not exist.

it works fine when run the gradle task from the terminal. it fails while running  throught jenkins or eclipse build task

Issue is more related to gradle eclipse plugin. From the message "Driver file not exist" it looks it is related to path. It may be considering different path while running from eclipse. If you have provided relative path try by providing absolute path.
