selenium 4 support

Hello,

I tried updating selenium to version 4.0.0-alpha-6 and getting error in driver instance initiation. is QAF support for the selenium 4?

Selenium version: v4.0.0-alpha-6

QAF: v3.0.0-RC3

        org.openqa.selenium.WebDriverException: Unable to create driver instance in 1st attempt with retry timeout of 0 seconds. You can check/set value of 'driver.init.retry.timeout' appropriately to set retry timeout on driver initialization failure.

It is not suppored with qaf 3 as selenium 4.x is still in alpha or beta. Once any release available qaf will have 4.x version compatible with selenium 4.x.

Please publish the release note when the QAF has compatible version with selenium 4.x.

I think it's a better idea to publish qaf 4.x beta/alpha version so people can start testing the framework for their upgrade path of selenium 4.x version.

qaf-issues-388 closed and release 3.1.0b available in maven central. Refer public announcement. You can give it try.
