We're excited to announce the latest release of the Quality Automation Framework (QAF) version 4.0.0-RC2. This release brings several enhancements and bug fixes to make your automation experience even smoother.

• Resolved issue #444, addressing a reported bug that was affecting setting driver capabilities

• Introducing support to add test case meta-data at runtime. We've added a new method, addMetadata(String key, String val) to the Reporter class. This feature empowers you to seamlessly link and associate metadata such as cloud sessions, videos, and more, enriching your test reporting capabilities.

Updates:

• We've updated the Guava library to the latest version, addressing any potential vulnerabilities

• The WebDriver Manager version has been upgraded to use the latest release, ensuring that you have access to the most up-to-date features and improvements.
