Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: High Technical Education

• At least 2 years of working experience in software testing
• Excellent PC skills
• Strong knowledge of testing processes and excellent in defect tracking
• Knowledge of testing approaches, principles and methodologies
• Experience and strong skills in manual testing
• Experience in test design techniques
• Experience with DBMS (Microsoft SQL Server) and basic knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of programming languages is an advantage
• Experience in automated testing is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with Version Control System (SVN) is an advantage
• English (middle level and higher)

• Initiative
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a self-organized team

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of functional specs for completeness & testability
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
• Handle customers complaints & non-conformities
• Functional and non-functional testing of software
• Also performed white box, grey box, cross browser, regression and other tests
• Analysis of malfunction cause, clear description of bugs
• Develop and execute test cases
• Work with developers through all phases of testing to prioritize bug resolutions
• Participated in daily Scrum meeting to update the daily sprint status
• Escalate issues and concerns appropriately
