Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure migration, automation, and GenAI platform support. The candidate will be responsible for recreating and migrating multiple batch servers, report servers, Lambda functions, APIs, and associated integrations into a new Gen 3 cloud account/environment.
The role requires hands-on experience in managing critical production cutovers, re-establishing system connections, and ensuring successful go-live execution within a tight 2-week deployment window.
Key Responsibilities
- Recreate and configure multiple batch servers and report servers in the new Gen 3 environment.
- Migrate and validate existing AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and related cloud services.
- Re-establish all application, database, API, and third-party system connections.
- Support infrastructure automation and CI/CD implementation for deployments.
- Perform environment setup, configuration management, and deployment orchestration.
- Plan and execute production cutover activities within the defined 2-week go-live timeline.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, QA, and business teams during migration and release activities.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and ensure high availability post-migration.
- Implement DevOps best practices including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), monitoring, logging, and security compliance.
- Support GenAI-related infrastructure and integration requirements where applicable.
