We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on ETL development and Salesforce experience to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Salesforce and other systems.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
· Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
· Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
· Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL development and Salesforce.
Mandatory Skills:
· Proven expertise in ETL development, including experience with ETL tools and frameworks.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its integration capabilities.
· Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
· Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
