Description:

QA Tester with Coded UI Experience

We seek a person with professional testing capabilities to lead software QA activities for a technical reservoir modeling application. The candidate should be well versed and experienced in test methodologies as well as interpersonal skills with technical developers.

Skills:
• Skill in test methodologies, strategies, and execution.
• MUST HAVE Coded UI experience.
• Experience in scientific/technical application development.
• Skill with Python. Knowledgeable on C++ and Java, Linux and Windows platforms.
• Strong communication skills with technical developers and subject matter experts.
- Must have experience with Visual Studio 2010 and TFS.

Roles:
• Responsible for the execution of the application testing strategy, including issue
verifications, management of the unit and regression test health, creation of
regression tests for new functionalities, and evolution of the release test plans and
the application testing strategy.
• Work with developers through requirements, design, and implementation to improve
testability.
• Advise on additional test and automation tooling as needed.
